Our Celebrities are specifically selected for being fan-friendly and assessable.  They are all very professional and "enjoy" meeting with your audience providing the "Best" in fan interaction

Appearance Fees are fees required for the celebrity to make an appearance, such as Throwing out a Baseball or Puck at a Hockey Game. A guarantee is  only paid if the Celebrity does not make a set fee at the Celebrities Autograph signing. These fees are negotiated based on the size of the show and requirements desired of the celebrity.

Every once in a while a Celebrity may need special accommodations due to a physical impairment, difficulty walking or need for assistance due to age. This will be discussed in full when discussing appearance requirements.

Travel arrangements are made and paid for by the event, requesting the appearance. Some celebrities will have in their contract the need for a special seating location or availability of flight and times. Although most will only require economy booking, but depending on their contract may require a “Higher” class of ticket. It is seldom, but due to age or proximity to the airport, may also require a stipend for uber or taxi.

Lodging is booked by the event. Because of this it is important to check the contract regarding any “special” requirements being needed by the celebrity.  It is understood that lodging of three stars or better is generally accepted. 

Per-diem is an additional monetary stipend or daily allowance that is a specific amount of money that an organization gives a celebrity per day to cover living expenses when travelling while making an appearance. A per diem payment can cover part or all of the expenses incurred. This amount is to be paid in cash to the celebrity on appearance at the event.
